Video Conferencing via Zoom: Instructions will be provided prior to your Zoom appointment.
Drop off: Documents can be dropped off at the front desk anytime between 9AM – 5PM, Monday thru Friday. After hours, a drop box is available 24/7 inside the vestibule. Please make sure your documents are inside an envelope with my name on it, so it is placed in my lockbox. Your documents are perfectly safe inside the mail slot.
Fax: The fax number directly to the office is 1-888-338-4288. This fax is secure and only accessible by me. When faxing, please limit calls to the office to confirm receipt. If there is a problem with the transmission, I will call you as quickly as possible.
Scan/Email: Scanned documents should be emailed to: epearson@incometaxpro.org. When emailing documents, please limit calls to the office to confirm receipt. I will respond to your email confirming receipt of documents as quickly as possible.
Mail: The address to mail documents to the office is: Income Tax Professional LLC, 26677 West 12 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48034. Please allow sufficient time for mailing due to post office delivery delays.
Pictures of documents cannot be accepted. Often times images are too difficult to read when printing and become distorted during efile transmissions.
In-person appointments will be limited and scheduled only when necessary. If meeting in person, only the person with the appointment will be allowed inside the office. Guests must wait in the lobby. Masks are required and temperature checks will be administered at point of entry.
NEW CLIENTS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
Masks are required to enter the building and during in-person appointments. Masks and gloves will be made available if needed.
Before and after every appointment, the office will be carefully sanitized for safety and protection.
